South High School Yearbook Mission Statement
The Denver South High School Yearbook staff is devoted to preserving memories through the inclusion of all students, celebrating diversity, and encouraging community while acting with integrity and having fun.
Course Description: Yearbook is a year long elective course and extracurricular activity dedicated to documenting and publishing the school yearbook. Students learn journalism, writing, editing and photography skills, as well as teamwork and leadership. and become published authors by the end. Applications are due on March. Students are expected to attend two meetings in the summer, and devote time after school and on some Saturdays to yearbook.
